Refunds Or Exchanges

Below you’ll find options for returning or exchanging Oura products, whether purchased from the Oura online store or a retailer.

We’re unable to offer exchanges for Brand Gen3 purchases.
If you’ve ordered an Brand Gen3 and would like a different size, color, or model, you’ll need to return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Purchases made between November 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025 are eligible for returns and exchanges until January 31, 2026.

Returns and Exchanges for Retailer Purchases
Returns, exchanges, and refunds for Oura purchases from a retailer, either in-store or online, must be handled directly with the retailer.

If you decide to return an Brand for a refund, make sure to cancel your membership in the Oura App settings or through the Membership Hub to avoid continued charges for your plan.

Stelo Glucose Biosensors
Stelo Glucose Biosensors are currently available for purchase only in the US. As medical devices, they follow stricter guidelines and cannot be returned.

Submit a Return/Exchange Request (through Self-Service Portal)
Returns or exchanges for orders within the US, Australia, Canada, Finland, Germany, Japan, and the UK can be completed through our self-service portal. Eligible orders will appear in the portal three days after they’ve shipped.

You will need your order number and the email address associated with your order. Your order number (SO-XXXXXXXX) is in your order confirmation email and on your invoice.

Direct Brand exchanges are only available for a different size of the same ring. If you want a different model or color, you will need to return your original ring for a refund within 30 days and place a new order.

After processing a return or exchange through the self-service portal, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label. Please ship your Oura product back within 14 calendar days.

Returns should include everything from the original purchase. You can use any packaging, as long the items are protected and secured.

You can bring your labeled package to a drop-off location near you or mail it back. If you don’t have a printer, bring your package and mobile return code to a designated drop-off location, and they’ll print the label for you.

To return or exchange an order from a country other than the US, Australia, Canada, Finland, Germany, Japan, or the UK please submit a request with our support team.

For an exchange: include your original order number, as well as the desired size of the replacement ring

We cannot process returns or exchanges from Russia at this time.

Oura’s Return and Exchange Policy
We allow only one return or exchange per item. This means you can return your original product once for a refund, or exchange it once — for example, for a different size of the same ring.

A return for a refund is not available after an exchange has been completed.

For orders that include multiple items, returns and exchanges must be processed separately. If you’d like to return one item and exchange another within the same order, you’ll need to complete those as individual transactions.
